I have now owned this bag for a little over a year and I have used it primarily for school and work, with regular hikes in between. To cut the fluff, it looks great. It has a tactical-ish/semi-rugged look and feel, but the shoulder straps are about an inch too narrow and set at a bad angle that digs into your shoulders. The other problem I have with it is that the bag itself needs to be an inch wider for larger laptops. Otherwise, this would be a perfect bag.
Pros:
- Looks great
- not too tactical/still professional
Cons:
- Shoulder straps are too narrow
- shoulder straps are not angled to contour to your shoulders
- The zip up water bottle holders do not look good when in use
- bag is an inch too narrow for some lager laptops
Best Used for:
- Very light loads
