Savage mkii trigger upgrade - Rifle Basix Savage Arms Mark I/II & Model 93, Rimfires w/AccuTrigger SAV-RAT Trigger

I've been shooting a Savage MKII FV-SR in a Boyd's At-One Stock in ARA 22LR Benchrest shooting for the last couple of months........ since I'v upgraded the stock they put me in Outlaw vs Factory..... I'm way out classed, so I'm doing the best I can with a $300 rifle vs $1800!!........ Anyway after piller bedding the stock, and upgrading my scope (Vortex Venom 5-25X56) I swapped out the AccuTrigger (which I had cut the spring and had the pull weight down to 2lbs) to this Rifle Basix SAV-RAT trigger and set it at 1.25lbs trigger pull...... Excellent Upgrade for Competition....... it's not quite a Anschutz, but it's pretty darn good!....... As the directions suggested, I didn't install the set-screw to set the trigger creep, but now after shooting 50+ rounds at the range that will be my next "Tweek".......... if the trigger and firing pin sears were polished, I'm sure you could get a consistent clean break below 1 lbs......Very Nice upgrade for a Budget Rifle........BTW my best score is 2100 so far with SK Standard ammo........ as of this review I don't have a score with this trigger, because this last shoot was a charity shoot where the targets were coins in a "Show Me The Money" target
