Very disappointed with product !!! - Rifleman OPMOD Tactical Ear Muffs

I ordered the above listed item on 2 May 2020. When they arrived I followed the directions for PROPER use and they were full of static. I read the trouble shooting guide, it stated that the hearing protection can get static due to cell phones. I took them out away from any cell phone activity , and they are still full of static. I tried to contact OpticsPlanet, and could not reach them due to Covid -19 issues. Went on-line to try to fix the return problem as directed by the OpticsPlanet recorded message. This item does not have a product code , which is required to get a shipping label. I called the phone number on the box that the hearing protection came in, and they didn't have a product code either. In summation I purchased a defective set of hearing protection that I cannot even return.
