Functional class - Rim/Edge Twister Titanium Takedown Knob, Ruger 10/22

Although a bit cashy,this attatchment screw is absolutely worth it. My first 10/22 was the deluxe walnut Sporter and it still wears the ding where an ill fitting screwdriver slipped off the attatchment screw, a reminder of youth and impetuousness. After retrofitting a stainless Tactical 10/22 with a refinished walnut carbine stock, I found it fitting and desireable to use this classy looking take-down attatchment screw. The ease of stock removal is a given, a very real convenience, what is a bonus is the improved accuracy for this particular rifle. Not every 10/22 requires the same exact inch pound torque setting to achieve that particular rifle's best accuracy and in this new/old 10/22 the best accuracy is with the attachment screw just finger tight, not sure how that relates in inch pounds but it sure helps in expediency. Once again if it's firearm related, Optics Planet probably carries it.
