Dan Frosch's Review of RIO Ammunition Royal Buck 20 ga 2 3/4in 9 plts Size 1 1345 fps

I am an experienced gun owner and familiar with ammunition. Shotgun shell start with a "primer" then powder charge. After the powder, a plastic "wad", then the projectiles. The shell should be tight with the projectiles firmly secured.
The Rio ammunition's projectiles were "loose" inside the shell... so as, if you shook the shell it would rattle, because they were not secure and tight.
I refused to put one in my gun, because if the shell is fired, it is anyone's guess what will happen. There would be a high probability that the pellets/ projectiles, would rip thru the shells plastic sides and slam into the inner sides of the barbell, potentially causing damage. This is why the pellets in the shell need to be tightly secure. So, when the gun fires, those pellets exit the shell moving straight down the barrel then out of the muzzle.
