Broken optic's Review of Riton Optics 1 Primal 4-16x44mm 1 inch Tube Rifle Scope, Second Focal Plane

The reticle started spinning like a clock when I was sighting it in. I received another under warranty but I had to pay to ship the broken one back. I haven’t used the replacement yet. I hope this one holds up.
