Velcro holster attaches to velcro pockets inside of vest on left or right sides. My .40 cal does not feel as secure or similar to a shoulder holster. Extra mags in pockets make the vest feel awkward and look bulky. Extra mag pockets should be velcroed and movable to either side for balance. The vest is not comfortable for larger caliber weapons.
