Blanket is much thinner than I expected. When I hung blanket on line to air out due to strong chemical odor, it was then that I observed many areas where light was passing through blanket. It aired out for a whole week before odor subsided. My first thoughts about blanket were its junk. Good enough to lay on ground camping I guess but not for my bed as I had hoped. I have purchased other ROTHCO products in past and was always satisfied. You get what you pay for I guess.
