Broken in 5 minutes - Rothco Tri-Fold Shovel

My 5 year old was able to break it in 5 minutes at the beach. The nut became dislodged and cross threaded when he tried to dig wet sand. Now it is stuck open, but the shovel blade is floppy. I can see where this would be useful for light duty tasks like fluffy or dry sand or snow. I kept it in the car for if I got stuck in snow. I'll probably get another if I can't find a sturdier model, but I'll be careful with it.
