Fits Glock 43x MOS no modifications needed...even the screws are the right size....both are RMSc so no surprises there. Factory sights cowitness too. Only problem, the red dot was off center to the left. These are non adjustable & factory zeroed so it must be a defect and I will be returning for an exchange.
