For a new P226 with rails, the adjustment screw needs to be fully opened in order to fit. In addition a leather conditioner should be used in order to soften the leather to easily withdraw the handgun. It took nearly a week with the handgun stored in the holster to fully mold to this holster.
Pros: Fits well, mid size paddle.
Cons: Very stiff leather.
