I wanted to convert a 6004 holster to ride a bit higher (as is the new rage). This was an easy and inexpensive way to do so. Surprisingly cheap and easy relative to buying a new holster. Nice job Safariland!
Pros: Inexpensive and easy to install
Cons: None for me
