Great holster - Safariland 6365 ALS Level II Plus w/ Drop UBL Holster - STX TAC Black, Right Hand 6365-7742-131

I bought my second one of these holsters when I switched departments and the issued firearm changed. There's no better light bearing triple retention holster on the market. I've always been a huge fan of the auto lock function, which activates one retention as soon as you seat your weapon in the holster. It makes for a safe transition to hands-on without fussing with buttons and straps. The STX TAC finish is a first for me and is almost indestructable. It seems impossible to scratch or nick. The only negative thing about this holster is the drop, which is extremely uncomfortable in the cruiser as the muzzle end is real low and digs into the seat forcing the holster into your side. This problem was easy to overcome by ordering a new plate. I suggest buying the normal drop version for anyone sitting in the car for much of their shift.
