Look at the picture. Doesnt it appear that the pouch has a belt passing thru it? Definetly. But thats not the case! It attaches solely to a shard, with 2 screws on a plate of a drop holster or like. (amberdex-shroud- mount) Generic pics are the problem with SAFARILAND & O.P. just uses them. Someone even asked a ? "does it work on a vest?" & answer was "NO, its belt loop only." I kept it anyways & will get another belt style. #775-53-76 (coyote brown) I discoverd tho, U can attach the fork of a QLS to it for options.
