Hadassa's Review of Safariland Model 1051 ALS Shoulder Holster

Adjusting the harness height is a piece of cake. Adjusting to exact desired angle of vertical/horizontal is a bit more tedious, requiring steady hands and precise screw alignment. ALS retention provides such peace of mind during daily use. So grateful to use this holster in the complete absence of belt/waist attachments.
Pros:
  • Works for both open and concealed carry
Cons:
  • Not stable enough for jogging
Best Used for:
  • Wearing on top of a dress (as 3 suspender clips really aren't necessary)
