Received the scope, love the way it is built, amazing quality.
Then I could not figure out how to start the reticle illumination. I called Schmidt & Bender, somebody picked up right away, and they told me the illumination is very faint and they could fix it by installing a new board which gives it better reticle illumination. They sent me a free shipping return label.
Today I should receive it back from them. I am confident they did a great job. I had talked to the actual mechanic there, the guy who picked up the phone. Shipping free, fix is free and fast and expert response,=> amazing service.
