Edward Barlow's Review of SeaSucker Transducer Mount
The suction just doesn't hold up to anything above a slow idle. So unless it's easy to get to on your boat so you can remove it for higher speed travel, it's just useless. I also found the metal part that you mount the transducer to use too narrow for the mounting bracket.
