Mike's Review of SeeAll Open Sights MK2 Tritium Night Sight Rail Mount
I have three of the SeeAll sights (different mounts).
They are sort of a cross between a red dot sight and iron sights. They do take a little use to get comfortable with them, but once you get used to them, they are very easy to use. They are very tough sights. There is YouTube videos of people torture testing them, and they come out with flying colors.
All of mine use the "delta" reticle, which are very easy to attain the target quickly.
