Sellier & Bellot has excellent 10mm defense ammunition for everyday carry like their 180 grain JHP. The 10mm XRG Defense round is an underpowered cartridge loaded to .40 caliber velocities. S&B markets their 10mm XRG ammo as “lower recoil”. If the recoil of standard 10mm ammo is an issue, one should not equip themselves with a 10mm handgun to begin with. For 10mm handgun owners wanting better ballistic and terminal performance from their EDC ammunition, avoid the S&B XRG. Sellier & Bellot, DO Better.
