I had it for nearly one year now. At first the lenses provided super clarity and color reproduction. After a few months suddenly I noticed scratches on the back of the lenses. Garbage glasses, even worse company
Purchased from optics P. The nose pieces would not stay on. Eventually feel of and where lost. Optics wouldn't help because they didn't sell them any longer... Even though they are now! Serengeti doesn't even respond to you.

Maestrale Sunglasses
These sunglasses have a great look, they are super lite and very comfortable to wear. They wrap around enough to cut down glare from the sides without getting to big. The case supplied is kind of big but it is sturdy. I've had Serengeti sunglasses for many years and they hold up for a long time and the warranty is better than most.

Serengeti sunglasses
Very comfortable and light weight. Great for outdoor activities. They stay on your face where they belong and are comfortable for all day usage. The style is sharp and the shield from the sunlight is perfect with super clarity.

The lenses have cracks
We bought these sunglasses for my husband less than 2 years ago and the lenses seem to have cracks and marks on them. The case that was given with these sunglasses dis not even last a month and the chain broke. I bought an expensive case to keep the glasses safe. But now we see the cracks are like water marks and one cannot see clearly wearing these. We bought these for over $250.00 at the time. Not worth the money or the quality. Please do not buy Serengeti.

Serengeti Maestrale
Great sunglasses. High quality and great optics. OpticsPlanet provided great delivery and service. The sunglasses are light weight and perfect for sports. They fit comfortably and I expect they will last for years. I plan on purchasing another pair for driving.

GREAT SUNGLASSES
EVER SINCE I TRIED THESE ON I LOVED THEM, THE'RE LIGHT WEIGHT, STURDY, LOOKED GREAT.
WEAR THEM ALL THE TIME FOR DRIVING AND PLAYING GOLF. Serengeti replace my lenses once when they were under warranty for imperfections in the coating at about 2 years old. They were the Sedona lens color. I like the glasses so much I bought Serengeti Polar PhD 555nm for winter wear and driving. Hopefully they don't discontinue the style.

Perfect combination of attributes for me
I have owned another pair of these for years and have finally had to replace them. I used them at work and they lasted for years w/o many scratches despite extreme abuse and getting hit with all sorts of debris flung at them. I like the super light weight, because a lot of times I forget they're on. The lenses allow use in overcast sun to very bright conditions, something traditional wrap arounds are just too dark and enclosing for. The frame material is flexible and really won't be damaged if you smash them a little. The design allows most light from the sides to be blocked without being too bulky or claustrophobic. They look pretty good too, though my recommendation would be a lenses that is close to mirrored in effect as in some lens colors they aren't as attractive.

Serengeti Maestrale
These sunglasses are totally awesone!This particular pair is a replacement for my broken Maestrale driving lens sunglasses.I wear these glasses in varying conditions such as fog,snow.rain and obviously sun for increased visibility and less eye strain.The pair that I'm replacing were 10 years old and both of my sons now have the same glasses.I would highly recommend.

Recent Purchase
Excellent sunglasses.These were replacements for a pair of Oakleys I wore for about seven years, and the reduction in glare is outstanding. No know on the Oakleys; they were great too, but these were demonstrated to me by a cousin at the beach and the difference was incredible. Less glare and much clearer.
