Bearacuda's Review of Shadow Systems Glock 19 Recoil Spring Assembly
Not necessary if you have a stock Glock but awesome for a build from the ground up. I used it for a Polymer80 build and I can already tell a difference in weight distribution. I would definitely recommend this product for a custom build.
