Unbelievable customer service - ShaloTek IC Sentinel RMR Pistol Slide

I bought this slide for a new p320 build. I also got a 3.6" l2d barrel for the build. The barrel would not seat in the slide. It was getting stuck in the barrel hood. I sent an email to shalotek and literally 25 minutes later I received a call from them. They sent me prepaid postage to send them my barrel and the slide and they would personally fit it. Thats customer service. I thought I would get charged since it's not an OEM barrel. Also optics planet gave me a great price on this slide and shipped it quickly.
