Alan's Review of Shellback Tactical Banshee Active Shooter Kit with Level IV Armor Plates

This does not come with the Banshee Elite 2.0 plate carrier. They only ship the old 1.0 plate carrier that does not come with any of the added benefits that makes someone want to get this. Have already had to return this before and specifically called, and wrote on the RMA to verify the correct plate carrier was selected but yet again it was not. Optic plant really needs to get their act together. Hopefully they can fix it after the second attempt but I highly doubt it.
