Average plate carrier - Shellback Tactical Banshee Elite 2.0 Plate Carrier with Elite Cummerbund

I have had this for about more than a year now, my overall impressions is that even though it has great features like the admin pouch, built in hydration pouch, and how it comes with a cummerbund which is what pretty much sold me seems great not to mention how really comfortable it is...However after putting steel plates in, with the buckles on the shoulder straps makes it extremely difficult to shoulder a rifle so I find it easier if it was just level 3 soft armor. The admin pouch seems cool but I don’t like zippers and find it to potentially break. I don’t really care about the cummerbund as much anymore because for me being not as big I use up one pistol and rifle slots to make the cummerbund tighter. I took off the shoulder straps on top too make it more slim but the straps feels worse on my neck then my blue force gear sling. Speaking of slings my sling always gets caught on the shoulder straps it might not if you have the shoulder pads I haven’t tried it out yet. But overall it’s a OK vest the quality of the material seems Fantastic, it’s the buckles that pretty much killed it for me. Also for the price no get a Crye JPC would I recommend this.. No.
