Needs a swivle-lock - Shooter's Ridge Varminter Rest w/ vise

Making a combination vise and shooting rest requires the swivel ability for accurate aiming but also the non-swivel ability for working on the gun in a shop... The SR rest w vice did not have that capability. I drilled a hole thru the swivel arm and base for in a long bolt to inhibit swivel for the latter function... works fine now for both functions.
Pros: Holds rifle well
Cons: Swings in cirlces well too - not a 'vise'
