As I read a review of someone doing a firmware upgrade and have a problem it was not allowed to finish the system tells you to not power down while in update mine was not a problem took a few minutes to update but worked great all firmware updates on all devices tells you not to power the unit down or it will render useless glad to see they have great service and support. .
