The BDX system works-bluetooth pairing of ballistic program, phone, and rangefinder. Get an accurate average velocity of the liads you input into the phone app supplied by SIG. many ammo companies are gererous with their velocities printed on the box if you use factory fodder. Bottom line, if uou input the bullet i.e. 308, weight in grains, and velocity the app will take atmospherics and range and correct the reticle for the lased range. Use the corrected aiming point and boom.... you’re lugging meat to the truck. I fired to 600 without issue, and will do 800 this weekend. BUT- this diesn’t absolve you from need of practice...IF you do your oart, the scope/BDX app will too! Optical clarity is good, low light capable. Wish it came with parallax adjustment!
