This is the email response I received from Sig Sauer when I contacted them regarding the lack of lens covers or a scope cover. "Regardless of what the manual says, we do not make lens covers for the Bravo 5. Sorry about that." Trent Oleszczuk
In my opinion the optics are nice, the scope is well made but the forward lens is located within 1/4" of the front of the scope. It's very vulnerable to everything I can think of. It also will create a very distinct reflection making it less than desirable in any tactical situation.
Why can't SIG at least supply rubber lens caps or a scope cover?
