Easy to shoot - SIG SAUER Elite V-Crown Competition 9 mm Luger 147 grain Jacketed Hollow Point Brass Cased Centerfire Pistol Ammunition

Very little recoil. Not sure if they would work for self defense since the low velocity probably leads to poor expanision, but it for sure makes follow up shoots quicker. Softest 9mm I've tried. Great for people with tendinitis.
