Good option - Sig Sauer Kilo2800 6x22mm Laser Rangefinder

After a delay due to the terrible usps (optics planet did a quick job to get a replacement for the package usps lost) I was able to use this rangefinder to range several steel plates accurately at over 800 yards and out as far as 1100, which was limited to the distance where I routinely shoot. Since I knew the measured length already I was just checking the accuracy of the sig2800. I was getting good measurements +/- 2 to 3 yards on 800, 875, 925, 1000, and 1100 steel gongs all were at least 12in in size. I will say that I like the fact that I was getting very good readings on a 180.00 product, that my shooting partner was getting similar reads on his much more expensive vortex razor 4000 rangefinder. Although maybe a touch more accuracy and a faster ranging time for his I am not sure that made up for the nearly 750.00 he paid for his. All and all the bang for the buck is really there, decent ocular focus and glass definitely suited my needs so far. If I were to find this deal again I would probably order a spare to give as a gift or just keep as a spare.
