Second one I've purchased before,but first fde model. One of the screw heads had a lot of the fde coating in it and the wrench wouldn't fully engage the screw head. The screw stripped out and I had to drill it out. I suggest buying the black one instead of this one. These are the best red dots for the money. While I wouldn't buy the flat dark earth model again I would definitely recommend the black one.
Pros:
- Best for the money
- Perfect size dot for deer hunting
- Battery lasts great
Cons:
- One screw head stripped out removing the tall base
