Got the 320 with the standard grip didn't like it so much it just sat in my drawer. My friend got one of these grips felt so good so I ordered one. Totally makes my m18 feel better and the Small grip is perfect if you like a flatter back without the palm swell.
Pros:
  • Great "upgrade"
Cons:
  • Gotta mess with that drop down lever
Best Used for:
  • Changing the feel completely, looking cool
