Not as advertised - SIG SAUER X-Ray3 Pistol Sight Set, No. 8 Green Front, No. 8 Rear, square

These sites definitely achieve the goal of a night sight with a day bright front sight post. The problem is that the rear sights are not white like in the picture, they are about half the size of that (more like the size of the dot in the middle of the front sight post. Yes. Its small. Its still usable, its just not as big as the night sights on my other sigs and my vp9. As night sights they are fine compared to the front sight post. But thats it. If i could do it again, id just save the money and go with the sig light night sights and they are bigger. I will say though, there is not an excess amount of space in the sight picture like with the contrast sights that came with my sig. Or maybe id just go with a fiber optic front post and sig night sights in the rear. I think that would be better. As it stands i have a sight with a tritium insert which isn't even evently distributed throughout the black stuff keeping tritium in the sight.
