Great Option for Close Range
The Sightmark M-SPEC is exactly what I needed for close-range carbine applications. It is plenty bright for the days when the sun is shining, but seems to hold up well in respects to battery life. It is night-vision compatible if you are shooting on the opposite side of the spectrum with several brightness options there, too. Its holding its zero with no issues, even when it isnt babied and gets bumped occasionally. The glass is durable and clear, with the reticle coming into focus once you look at the target. Red dot optic
The price was good. The sight is well built. Mounting it easy. Adjusting was easy as well. I haven't had much time to use it right now due to the covid-19 situation. Took a little time to get here, but again covid-19, so I understand.

Quality glass for the price.
I haven't got to shoot with the optic yet, but after installing it I noticed the glass is good for the price range. The dot is bright and dosen't have much washing to it. I would recommend it for a low buck rifle red dot.

Great sight great price
Mounted this on my new AK, and the reticle is crisp and clear. Haven't gotten it out to the range yet, but it is solidly constructed. Adjustments are easy and clicks are positive. The auto shutoff feature is very nice and hard to find at this price point.

Hard enough to run in Alaska
I received this sight through my work at a gun shop. The reticule is sharper on this sight than on my $560 EoTech 551. The sight is night vision compatible and submursible. I mounted mine on my Remington 870 Marine Magnum using a Mesa Tactical saddle mount and it sits low and tight. With its Magnesium alloy body, I can confidently carry this shotgun through the bush in Southeast Alaska. It comes up fast and the reticule is prominent. I have owned this sight for three years and it still comes on when I hit the power switch.

Sightmark milspec
I suffer from severe astigmatism. I need to use a side when I shoot with both eyes open. After much research I found this particular model. It was very easy to sign in using a laser bore. And I'm able to use it with both my eyes open. All of the issues of durability quality have been done on YouTube you can look it up for yourself. I highly recommend this site.

Great Sight
I purchases this sight for my DP-12 shotgun. I am very happy with how it performs. I shoot a lot of 3" magnum loads in quick succession, and it keeps zero. I also run a Sightmark 3x Magnifier Pro which this is fully compatible with - no issues. Only downside is that there is only one reticles and you can not select any other color but red. I do not have a night vision optics, so I am not sure how the NV modes perform. I would buy this again.

Great for the price.
Looked at a lot of reviews and saw mixed answers on some specifics I was looking good for. First was that, the battery is a CR2. Some say a CR123, some say CR2. The FMS has a motion sensor so you can keep it "on" all the time. That's the main reason I got it. And it works great. What is not clear is that the "quick detach one also has the motion sensor. At least that's what the instructions say. If I had known I probably would have gotten the quick release instead. Other than that, It works great.
