Since I purchased it for duty it was scary and cringe worthy that it did not work. Brand new, I purchased new batteries to swap in, etc. Thinking what if I was in a life/death situation. On top of that, I ordered it to make sure I have it for weapons qualification so it was even more embarrassing and made my coworkers question the quality of the products being sold by this company.
