Most Helpful Positive Review Great scope, with a minor flaw...
This is a great scope! The optics are very clear, and it tracks wonderfully. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the adjustable objective required two full turns to go from 10 yards to infinity. It will work great if you are into field target, but it took too long to adjust focus in the field. Pros: Optics, tracking, warranty Cons: Adustable objective

very good scope

use this scope for precision rimfire at 50 yards and some times out to 100 yards and it works great. 1/8 moa adjustments are awesome for fine tuning and it returns to zero perfectly every time. glass is clear and the sunshade is a nice bonus.

great deal

Nice glass, but even better tracking. I've put this scope on a few rifles and has done well from 50 feet to 600 yards. The cross hairs are very thin, and sometimes you loose the dot. Great scope for the money.

Good value for the buck

Just finished sight in and I have to say the glass is superb. I was a bit concerned about the center dot but it so small as to be unobtrusive. Absolutely love the 1/8 MOA adjustments. Now I can actually place a shot in the pin point center which I could not do with the1/4 MOA scope I had. Had to use some Kentucky windage that did not always work. Of course 24x does not hurt!

  • great glass
  • 1/8 MOA adjustments if you have a very accurate rifle
Cons:
  • None.
Best Used for:
  • Target/Varmint

Sightron 42mm Variable Power Target Riflescope

Good scope and i would recommend to anyone looking to buy a really nice target scope. It comes with a 3 inch shade and also lens caps. The reticle adjustment is hard for me to tell when its sharp but i have bad eyesight. The adjustable objective is really clear and the scope has good power all the way to 24 power. The adjustable objective may be a little slow for hunting but its great for target shooting.

Excellent Scope for the money

If you setup scopes before this is the same. I seem to be stretching the optics at 200 yds. I shoot once a week with my CAR A3 with 24 inch HBar elite barrel. Gun can put bullets in same hole. Custom load 68 gr. bullets in 1-9 twist. Younger eyes would make this scope awesome.
Pros: Good Brightness easy setup
Cons: not really useful for over 200 yds.
