Optically good, good value for the money - Sightron SII Blue Sky 10x32 Binoculars Rubber Armor

Comparing these to Zen-Ray 10x43 ED3 binoculars, these are very good for less than half the price. Not as bright since the objective diameter is smaller - but more portable, perhaps just a hair less sharp (but still very sharp), excellent control of chromatic aberration, lighter and with good ergonomics . The focus (counter-clockwise to infinity) is stiff but smooth, very nice - but the hinge for the interpupillary adjustment was too loose although I was able to pop off a plastic cap and tighten it with an Allen wrench. Overall these are quite impressive for the price, and definitely keepers.
Pros: Sharp, bright, distortion-free, light, small, well-designed
