Best buy, but... - Sightron SII Blue Sky 8x32mm Roof Prism Binocular

I own 9 pair of bins and these are arguably the best pair I own. Amazing optics for almost any price. I know guys who own $2000 bins that rave about these. (Check Birdforum for many reviews) In fact I only have one complaint and it's not the bins themselves. I have tried to contact customer service at Sightron by phone and email and I've been totally ignored every single time. Even though they say someone will promptly reply. That's just not true and I won't likely buy from them again because I can just imagine the nightmare if you have to return these guys for repair. Too bad.
Pros: very lightweight, fantastic optically, quality build
Cons: non existant customer service.
