If you intend on swapping barrels without drifting out the old locking block pin, buy a locking block.
Pros:
  • Price
  • Comes with a thread protector
  • saves money if you are transferring the locking block between barrels
Cons:
  • have to transfer or buy a locking block separately
Best Used for:
  • holding the bullet in place as it leaves its home
  • suppressor usage
