I bought this Simmons 22 MAG Riflescope to put on a Savage .17 WSM BMAG Rifle. I had bought this same Riflescope several years ago and had it mounted on a Marlin .22 Magnum Rifle and was very satisfied with that scope. I was very disappointed with this new model as the quality of this new scope was terrible. The crosshairs were crocked and off center and squiggly. The finish on the scope body was horrible. I usually buy Leopold scopes for my firearms and I returned the 22MAG to Optic Planet. I purchase a Leopold VX2 4x12x40 for my Savage .17 WSM and I should have done that in the first place! Do not purchase the Simmons 22MAG Riflescope as it is a piece of JUNK.
