I bought the 10824 model for Ruger American Compact. I carefully removed 1 inch from the full size stock on a Ruger American Gen 1 in 350 Legend. I used the screws from the original recoil pad and they worked perfectly. The new Limbsaver pad fit nicely and the screws lined up just right. I ended up with a 13 inch length of pull. I couldn't be happier with how this project tuened out.
