Sinter fire special duty 9mm, 100grs. hp... - SinterFire Special Duty 9mm Luger 100 Grain Hollow Point Frangible Brass Cased Pistol Ammunition

I purchased several boxes of these for the first time from Opic Planet. As always Opic Planet had a fare deal on ammo so I gave these a go.. Usually load Rem. 115grs. HPs for personal defense carry, but never shot Sinter Fire ammo, nor 100 grs.. At the range I did notice I didn't have to hold over as much at my 15yds. center mass target,(my Maximum range with my 9mm). The drop was a bit less and they all fired true. I was shooting my S&w 3.5in semi.. I have to report that the 40 rounds I fired were clean, smooth and no jams.. Shot a couple of water jugs at 7yds., exit holes slip open the back side of the jugs quite well, expansion was good, very little smoke if any, clean rounds as well... Some folks consider a lighter ammo round not as effective as a heavier weight round for personal defense.. I believe its a personal preference and shot placement that makes the difference...
Sinter Fire Special Duty 9mm HPs 100grs. Brass, is a good choice round to consider if you want a lighter 9mm round...
