It's a very strudy gun case. I was able to fit my bow, and my shotgun for travel. It doesn't have foam, but I just packed in some clothes, and a couple of hoodies to insulate my gear. . So I basically doubled it as a suitcase as well.
I weigh 200 lbs, and was able to stand in the center without it breaking or bowing.
Pros: Simple and straight forward
Cons: Need to bring padding
