A little underwhelming - SLR Synergy 5.56/.223 Linear Hybrid Compensator, 1/2x28 Thread

Full disclosure I’ve never used a linear comp before. Was billed as a hybrid with Some recoil reduction. Didn’t seem to do much for that and in the relatively dim light of an indoor range seemed to put the flash right in my sight line.While I haven’t tried the KVP comp it’s hard to imagine this one being worth more than twice the price.
