The light works but the way it functions is garbage. It has a temporary and stay on function and both work great. The light itself can light up a room on full brightness, so no problems there. The issue is it has a bright, dim and strobe feature that cycle by engaging the temporary or stay on function. If you could set the light to only use on of these at a time, then it might work better but as is it is nearly useless when using temporary on. If you hit the temp on, then hit again within 3 seconds it will cycle to the next light setting. Not practical unless you just use the stay on feature.
