I had to call the manfacturer because the operation of the flashlight confused me. The bottom cap seems to have a button to power the flashlight on and off. The manufaturer sxplained the light is designed to be silent so you have to screw the cap tight to turn on and unscrew to turn off.

This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
