Very unhappy - Smith & Wesson Powertech 3-Watt CREE LED Headlamp SW753CRH

I love this headlamp when it works. I've had two of them now and they both went haywire. When you adjust the lamp it stops working or you'll be using it and it goes out...in the dark, not cool! I do want you to know that Smith and Wesson did replace my first on without any problems. I will contact them regarding this second one however I'm very frustrated that I have to go through this again. When the lamp is working I have no complaints. It is very high powered and I can see very well when feeding livestock or have dropped something.
