I purchased the device from OP/Dvor. The shroud, due to poor packaging, was scratched, (the nut and crush washer are shipped in with the shroud). I tried to contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue, and they were unwilling to address the problem. In essence, I was going to have to buy a new shroud which is ridiculous. If that is how they are going to act, it is best to buy from vendors who care about the product and the consumer. The product itself is okay at best, so, no love lost here.
