Build quality is superb as are the other items I have order from SOLGW. It does have the hole for a pin and weld onto your barrel for compliance. It appears to also to be heat treated as I was unable to drill though it with my standard .125" drill for the pin I use, the hole is .100" so I just had to use that size pin instead.
