The plates are solid. I don't really have anything bad to say about it. It was a great deal and fast shipping. I'm with the Armored cars and i wear it 10 -14 hrs daily and the curve plates are a must get its so much more comfortable then the regular square ones. FYI think the plate courier would look better on a smaller person.
